I’m Nirmal Pandey from Burnie Breas TE village in Hailakandi, Assam. In our area, while we’re striving for excellence in our work, most people lack formal education, posing challenges in understanding digital services and government schemes. Despite facing difficulties due to the lack of basic amenities like electricity in some areas, I’ve been actively promoting digital literacy and services. I’ve visited households to educate them about digital services, enrolled over 400 children in the PMGDISHA program, facilitated PM-KISAN registrations for farmers, and raised awareness about PMFBY. Together, we’re bridging the digital divide and empowering our community.”
