I’m Manjur Ansari from Baski village in Ranchi. Our community grapples with several challenges, notably the lack of education accessibility and distant job opportunities. Many families prioritize early marriage over education for their daughters, and accessing government services often requires traveling long distances. Personally, I’ve facilitated various training sessions, focusing on digital literacy and computer skills, to empower our community members. Additionally, I’ve initiated efforts to combat gender biases, encouraging women to assert their identities and participate in decision-making processes. Through my mobile-based interventions, I’ve enabled individuals to access services conveniently and advocate for their rights effectively.
