Our community faces issues such as a lack of electricity and water supply, as well as no banking facilities. I believe in providing information about government schemes to the people through digital centers. We are empowering the 14-24-year-old AGYW (Adolescent Girls and Young Women) in our panchayat socially and economically. Some of them are connected with the IT sector, while we are training 20-40 young women in food processing. We are also helping SHG group leaders obtain credit linkage from banks, and encouraging both in-school and out-of-school young women to pursue education.
