In our community, there are problems with photocopying, online services, networking, and digital issues, as well as challenges for the elderly when withdrawing money.
If our village had a photocopy machine, a BC representative, and a CSC, it would greatly improve things. The lack of electricity and network access makes the situation difficult, but having these services would make a significant difference.
In our community, women are now becoming more skilled and learning to use smartphones, Facebook, Instagram, creating email IDs, sending emails, and using WhatsApp. They have learned all of these tasks successfully.
