I have internet problems in my village. Even though there is a digital service center, the lack of internet access prevents us from completing any work.
If there were a CSC or BC Sakhi in the village for photocopying and online services, it would be very beneficial. Better network connectivity would help too.
I teach people how to use smartphones, explain digital technology, and guide them on using smart wallets. I also teach them how to create and use email IDs.
