NGONAMA has begun to invite all NGOs, civil society organizations, individuals, government and corporate foundations working in the development sector across the world to register and participate in the revolutionary platform that seeks to change the dynamics of the development sector in India and elsewhere. It is a global platform for all interested in doing socio-economic development work as well as those interested in funding and promoting such work. Already, even before its formal launch, the platform has attracted more than 1,000 members. The interactive and dynamic portal is still very much a work in progress and will gain in vibrancy as more registrations take place.
NGONAMA is also an ideal platform for NGOs, volunteers, individuals and government and corporate foundations to engage with each other as well as connect with, discover, learn and share through communicating with other like-minded people across national boundaries through openness, transparency and easy communication and outreach channels. The central idea of NGONAMA is to build an interactive platform for NGOs to collaborate amongst themselves through easy personal outreach.
