The Museum of Digital Society: A Living Archive of Digital Inclusion
Sanjay Ram is working as a volunteer under DEF’s Risk Communication & Community Engagement (RCCE) program. He has been spreading awareness amongst people about the COVID-19 virus and the methods one must adopt to avoid it. He has been working hard towards fighting misinformation about the vaccine and trying to get more people to take the vaccine. He has created a group of 10 youngsters, they’re all in the age group 15-29. They are the ones helping him spread awareness about the virus.
He along with his cohort of 10 youngsters takes part in COVID relief activities organised in his region. He has been a part of major vaccination drives, mask distributions and other relief efforts. He has also taken the initiative to distribute blankets for financially backward families in his village. He has been given the task to popularise the RCCE Chat Bot that is a chat bot which responds to queries people might have regarding the vaccine or COVID-19. He has made people aware about the importance of physical distancing, avoiding crowds, washing hands, wearing masks and taking the vaccine.
