The biggest challenge that the people in my village face arises from the lack of knowledge pertaining to Banking services. The percentage of literacy is very low, and illiteracy is also a root cause. Many times, people have to pay for the filling of the cash withdrawal and deposit form also. The cases of monetary fraud are high in occurrence, and we have heard many people complaining about money withdrawal from their accounts without their knowledge.
Realizing this drawback, I have educated and created awareness about the safety and security of online transactions to the people of the village. I have helped them in setting up their UPI accounts.
I work closely with health workers of my community (Anganwadi and ASHA) to facilitate the disabled and pregnant women in their paperwork/documentation digitally. All the digital documentation of the village panchayat is done in my center. Other services that are made available through the center are application for PM Vishwakarma, Swachh Bharat Abhiyan, Ayushman Bharat, driving license, caste certificate etc.
