When I started my centre, people didn’t know the kind of work that was done here, and they were not showing any inclination to visit. The center was opened keeping in mind the needs and issues of the people of the village, especially elderly who are not able to travel or commute several kilometers for simple business like money withdrawal. We then began raising awareness in our locality, and as a result, many of them started coming to my centre and trusting the services. They are all very satisfied with our work, and I also assist older people with home services like money withdrawal, pension, and life certificates.
