“My name is Neerudu Paramesh, and I am from Buddaram Village, Nalgonda. This journey has taught me that with determination and the right support, any challenge can be overcome.”

Paramesh’s story is one of resilience—but more importantly, it is a story of service. After a severe spinal injury in 2020 left him confined to his home for nearly a year, rebuilding life was not easy. Recovery took time, patience, and immense strength. Yet, instead of stepping back from life, Paramesh chose to step forward, slowly but steadily.

He began with small efforts, offering xerox and printing services from home and taking up remote real estate marketing work to sustain himself. But his turning point came in 2025, when he joined the Digital Empowerment Foundation’s Serve and Earn Project. With the support of essential digital equipment like a laptop, xerox machine, and lamination machine, he was able to establish his own digital centre in the village.

Today, Paramesh has become a vital link between his community and essential citizen entitlement services.

From Aadhaar updates to UDID (Unique Disability ID) card bookings, from ABHA health card generation to exam application support his centre has become a one-stop solution for villagers who previously had to travel long distances for these services. He also provides laminations and documentation support, ensuring that people can complete important processes smoothly and efficiently.

For many in Buddaram, accessing government services was once a challenge filled with delays, confusion, and travel costs. Paramesh has changed that reality. By bringing these services closer to people’s homes, he is ensuring that entitlements, whether related to identity, healthcare, or education—are no longer out of reach.

Beyond service delivery, he is also playing an important role in spreading awareness. He actively informs community members about available digital services, guiding them on how to access their rights and benefits. His work is helping people not only complete applications but also understand their entitlements.

What makes his journey even more powerful is that while rebuilding his own life, he is enabling others to move forward as well. He now aspires to learn more and train others in digital skills, expanding the circle of impact within his community.

Neerudu Paramesh’s story is a reminder that true empowerment lies in enabling others. From overcoming personal adversity to becoming a provider of essential services, he is ensuring that no one in his village is left behind when it comes to accessing their rights and opportunities.

In Buddaram, citizen services are no longer distant; they are just a step away, thanks to Paramesh.
