I am Birendra Kumar, from the village of Gardi Donn in West Champaran. A major issue in our community is that the quality of education is not as high as it should be. Most people are engaged in agriculture or work in bigger states to make a living. Some have government jobs now, but they are not adequate. People’s education remains incomplete; knowledge of English, Hindi, computer skills, science, and mathematics is lacking. Training in computer and mobile usage for employment is crucial. We need to keep pace with changing times and empower our community through education and training.”
