A 2 day orientation training was conducted in Guna, Madhya Pradesh on 18th-19th April for the CIRC & dCIRC coordinators. The training focused on acquainting coordinators with reporting, accounting and HR mechanisms essential for managing and running the CIRCs at the ground level. Group work exercises including a visit to the Guna CIRC was also organised to make the training more interactive and engaging for the participants. The training was attended by 80 people including internal and external facilitators. Introductory sessions on Soochna Seva programme and community mobilization were the highlights of the second day. Overall the training received an enthusiastic response from all. Trainings like these not only capacitate the people but also provides a platform for team building and knowledge sharing.
