I’m Kiran Garg from Aalasan village in Jalore. Recognizing the lack of awareness about government schemes in my community, I established an e-Mitra center with DEF’s support. Through this initiative, I provide information on government schemes, assist in obtaining Ayushman cards, and verify pensions for the needy. Additionally, I offer photocopying services and facilitate e-Mitra transactions daily. My efforts have enabled community members to access essential services conveniently. Recently, I assisted Jamna Devi, an elderly widow, in reactivating her pension after it was halted. Through community camps, I strive to address the needs of individuals like her and provide crucial assistance.
