Community problems include lack of education, especially for children and women, lack of medical care, and domestic violence. There is poverty, lack of transportation, digital education, and general education. Women face challenges related to health and awareness, caste conflicts, and financial difficulties. Schools and healthcare services suffer from a lack of funding.
I have been involved in local innovations and projects such as promoting educational awareness and working on women’s and children’s education. I am working to connect school dropouts with education and assessing students’ needs.
Our community faces significant backwardness and poverty, leading to weak economic conditions. Most families rely on livestock farming, such as raising cows, buffaloes, and goats, and sell milk to make a living. Others work in industries and companies for their livelihoods.
However, things are improving. The literacy rate has increased to 60%, and women are recognizing the importance of education.
My efforts include raising awareness and providing mental health and gender education. I help women find work through MGNREGA and connect them to digital opportunities. I strive to reach out to school dropouts and ensure they receive the necessary support and information.
