My name is Ladli Kumari, and I reside in the village of Balua, located in the West Champaran district of Bihar, India. In our community, we have faced challenges due to the absence of a digital center. Whenever we needed to get tasks done that required digital facilities, such as documentation, online transactions, or accessing government services, we had to travel to neighboring villages, which was often inconvenient and time-consuming.

However, a recent positive development has occurred in our community. A new digital center has been established, bringing essential digital services closer to our doorstep. This development has significantly eased the burden on our community members, eliminating the need for extensive travel for digital tasks.

As a member of the center, I am committed to leveraging digital technology to address various community needs and improve access to essential services. My role involves assisting community members with digital tasks, providing guidance on using digital platforms, facilitating online transactions, and ensuring that everyone benefits from the opportunities offered by digitalization.
