In our community, we face several challenges that hinder our overall development and well-being. Firstly, there is a prevalent social stigma and lack of awareness regarding various issues. Additionally, the absence of digital tools and resources for learning poses a significant obstacle for our community members. Moreover, the inadequate healthcare facilities and lack of government support for higher education further exacerbate our challenges. To address these issues, I have encouraged the practice of savings and facilitated access to insurance services to provide financial security to our members. Additionally, I have introduced digital services such as mobile banking, online shopping, and digital household surveys to enhance convenience and accessibility. Furthermore, I have conducted awareness campaigns on digital literacy and responsible mobile phone usage. Teaching our community members how to utilize platforms like PhonePe, Google Pay, and Mani Tarshfar has enabled them to embrace digital transactions and online learning opportunities. Additionally, I have emphasized the importance of agricultural insurance and pension schemes to provide financial stability to our farmers and elderly members. Through these efforts, we have witnessed positive changes in our community, with increased awareness and adoption of digital tools for various purposes.
