In our community, women don’t have access to digital phones, so they lack knowledge about digital tools and can’t grow their businesses. Elderly people face difficulties with fingerprint verification when trying to withdraw their pensions, and many are afraid to share OTPs because of scams.
Through Digital Didi, we’ve trained the women in our community about the digital age and its growing uses. Now, they are expanding their businesses, ordering goods online, and we assist elderly people who have mobility issues by visiting their homes to help them withdraw and verify their pensions. We also monitor their blood pressure and sugar levels, either at their homes or our shop, and set up camps for women in MGNREGA.
We’ve launched a smart pad program to educate them about menstrual health and hygiene. In our community, we’ve helped people benefit from various schemes, visiting the elderly at home and assisting them with pension applications and withdrawals. We perform Emitra, Bank BC, and CSC tasks and bring new projects like AI, Digital Didi, and RCCE. Customers appreciate that they can handle all their tasks in one place, and this has increased our income. We aim to continue doing great work in the future.
