Goma Devi Newar
I am Manpreet from Nangal Heera, Alwar. Our village is 3 km away from the city, lacking access to digital services. I assist villagers in accessing government schemes, ensuring they benefit from them. To address healthcare challenges, I organize health camps every 15 days in the village, providing digital information and educating about cleanliness and COVID-19 prevention. I’ve taught people about handwashing and organized vaccination drives. Through my efforts, I’ve eliminated misconceptions during menstruation and taught hygiene practices. Additionally, I’ve educated people about mask-wearing and preventing fraud in banks, empowering them with vital knowledge for their well-being and safety.
