My name is Mohammad Afzal, and I hail from Melarayaganj in Barabanki. I was fortunate to receive support from DEF in 2019, which provided me with a center. Initially, I struggled with operating mobile phones, but gradually, I honed my skills. As I gained confidence, I began offering various services in my village, including photocopying and printing, much to the delight of the locals.One of the prevailing issues in our community is the difficulty we face in establishing our identity when working in the field. This often leads to misunderstandings and challenges within the community. However, being associated with DEF has opened up new avenues for exploration within our center, leading to fresh discoveries and solutions for our community’s problems.
