People lack proper information and face challenges due to insufficient documents to benefit from government schemes. With low literacy rates, it takes them longer to understand things. Trust is an issue when it comes to any topic, and network problems persist. Many struggle with Aadhaar card corrections, and there have been consistent power issues, although there has been some improvement in recent months.

I visit homes to teach and inform people about various topics, meeting them where they are. On specific days when villagers gather, I use a projector to educate them on topics, and they show interest and learn quickly.

I engage both the younger and older generations, making them aware of government schemes and the necessary documents. I guide them on how and where to obtain these papers. I also raise awareness among students about government incentives, helping hundreds benefit and continue their education.
