Balviro Kaur narrates, “My husband’s name is Om Prakash and I am a resident of Bhojpur village. The past few months have been very difficult for us, since we are farmers and we are dependent on the ‘Pradhan Mantri Kisan Yojana’ instalment each month. For the past few months, I was unable to receive the instalment. I visited the Smartpur spoke centre, Anees (SoochnaPreneur) helped me with all the investigation and told me that I had not done KYC and therefore my instalment was not coming into the account. Anees asked me to provide the necessary documents to him so that he can get my KYC updated. Within two hours my work was done. The existence of such a centre in our villages is really helpful for people like us. I never thought that these centres could be of any use to my family but eventually when I accessed the service, I realised how it is catering to the needs of many people like me.”
Anees Khan, who is a resident of Raniyala gram, Bharatpur is another beneficiary of Smartpur spoke centre Raniyala. Khan is a student who wanted to check the status of his class 9th scholarship and fill the new form for class 10th. His status for pending scholarship was not updated due to the two different account numbers, which he filled during the registration. The spokesperson inquired the reason and gave the solution to the student and later filled his class 10th scholarship form as well.
Smartpur centres, thus has been catering to the diverse age group and providing diverse solutions to the communities.
