The women in our village wanted to find work, but a lack of budget prevented them from doing so. As a group leader, I met Kranti didi at the block level, who introduced me to the world of digital work. It made sense to me, and I joined the digital workforce. I received training on using mobile phones, which Kranti didi facilitated excellently.

Now, I manage my village’s group activities well, and the women hold productive meetings and make small savings. The new opportunities have brought a positive change to our community.
