In my village, we face water problems and lack transportation facilities. For any digital work or photocopying, we have to travel 5 kilometers. Since the digital center is far away, we don’t receive much information or benefits. There are network issues in the village, requiring us to go to the rooftop or outside for internet access. There is no BC, so people have to travel 5 kilometers to withdraw their pensions. Eighty percent of the homes are mud houses, causing significant issues during the rainy season as water leaks in and pools form.
I am planning to improve water supply to each home, so there are no water shortages. Our village should have a BC and digital center for convenience in digital work, making it easier for everyone and reducing the distance the elderly need to travel for their pensions. Those who cannot walk can have their pensions delivered at home.
Many positive initiatives have been implemented in my community, such as creating SHG groups that have been very beneficial. Now, people can borrow from these groups when needed, avoiding the difficulties of asking others and sometimes not receiving help. This has made life much easier for everyone.
