I’m Santosh Sharma from Bahali village, Alwar, Rajasthan. In our community, accessing banking services is a challenge, with the nearest bank 8 kilometers away and unreliable internet connectivity. Recognizing the importance of digital literacy, I’ve empowered women through group savings training, facilitated bank account openings, and raised awareness about government schemes. I’ve also collaborated with banks to provide doorstep banking services and conducted sessions on smartphone usage and insurance. My aim is to promote financial inclusion and digital empowerment among women in our village.
