eNGO Challenge Awards, a DEF- initiative, recognizes non-profits from across South Asia and Africa to enable, empower and promote organisations at grass-root levels and their impact-oriented initiatives by equipping them with Information and Communication Technology (ICT) tools. eNGO strives to build and strengthen many not-for-profit organizations and helps them to become mainstream and sustainable entity with the help of new age tools.
The Grand Jury for 6th eNGO Challenge Awards took place on November 16, 2019, at Sanskriti Kala Kendra, New Delhi. This year we received 439 nominations across 7 categories namely Education and Learning, Healthcare and Wellness, Governance and Livelihood, Heritage and Culture, Entrepreneurship and Outreach, Environment and Sustainability, Enablement and Empowerment of which, 159 were valid nominations. The virtual Jury member selected 62 entries out of 159 entries for the final evaluation by the Grand Jury. A panel of 15 Jury members looked into the filtered nominations. 62 nominations have been shortlisted.
The list of winners and special mentions will be unveiled on the platform of eNGO Challenge Awards at Eros Hotel, Nehru Place, New Delhi, India, on February 1st, 2020.
