Skillbot is a digital tool that aims to empower rural communities in India by offering self-learning resources. Created by DEF and the Commonwealth of Learning, it provides access to a range of learning modules, including video tutorials and online courses.
With Skillbot, individuals can develop personal and professional skills at their own pace, regardless of their technical expertise or location.

Digital Financial Inclusion for Youth
Supported by Amazon,this project aims to provide access to digital financial services in far-flung remote areas. 40000 youths and 10000 women entrepreneurs from 18 states participated to create awareness of financial tools such as Investment, Insurance, Loans, Online Banking and Plastic Money.
Digital Skilling for Entrepreneurship and Livelihood Program
Supported by the Commonwealth of Learning, this program has trained 2400 rural micro and nano entrepreneurs, weavers, and artisans on Digital Literacy, Financial Literacy, Digital Marketing, Citizen Services and Data management in 12 States and enabled them to explore and connect with the digital world and augment their earnings by leveraging the positivity of digital connect.
Bittiya Sakhi Chatbot
The Bittiya Sakhi Chatbot plays a significant role in providing financial education and counseling to 250,000 farmers as part of the Farmers Financial Education and Counselling program. This program is supported by APART and the World Bank, with the chatbot serving as a key tool in delivering these services.
Digital Sarthak- PM WANI Program
Supported by USAID and DAI, this program aims to assist 16,500 women entrepreneurs, eight hundred women-led self-help groups, and 95,000 local women in strengthening, developing resilience, and empowering them in Media literacy, Digital literacy, Financial literacy, Smartphone for business, Introduction to PM-WANI scheme, and Wireless configuration in order to train and reskill them to become Public Data Office Operators (PDO).
Digital Didi
It’s an initiative supported by Amazon and Accenture. With this program, 35000 girls and women will be provided with self-paced learning on modules such as Digital Literacy, Financial Literacy, Citizen Services, Entrepreneurship Basics, Menstrual Health and Hygiene, enabling them to better understand best health practices.
