In my community numerous issues prevails starting from network connectivity in government schools, shortage of female doctors in hospitals, lack of higher education to unemployment. With these many challenges the landscape appears rife with obstacles, making any work of change gigantic. Absence of proper medical facilities complicates the atmosphere for women and adolescent girls as well as for children and elderly.
The issues are prevalent for everyone but more prominent for women due to limited employment prospects, economic exploitation, and social discrimination. Given the influence of the persisting issues, multiple initiatives with a holistic approach aiming at promoting education, raising awareness about health and sanitation alongside working to change the social perception can bring a feasibility in the environment.
