In my village, there are many problems due to poor internet connectivity. Because of this, work cannot be completed properly, and we can’t offer photocopying or online services. Since there is no CSC center, we have to go to Khunti to get prints and handle all online tasks.
However, with the opening of CSC centers throughout the village, there are no longer any issues with filling out forms.
The women in our community have become empowered and have learned how to use smartphones, Facebook, WhatsApp, and email. They now understand digital technology well.
